- Q: Who is “The Next 25 Years”?
- A: The founder is Irene Gutteridge. She is a Feldenkrais Practitioner practicing in Whistler and Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
- Q: Why “The Next 25 Years?”
- A: Moshe Feldenkrais died on July 1, 1984. Twenty-five years have passed since he left his lifelong creation for the world to learn and use. The project’s goal is to create discussion around the future of our work, by posing the question “where will the next 25 years take us?”
- Q: Who else is involved in the production?
- A: Please see the “Production Team” and “Get Involved” sections of this site.
- Q: How are you choosing whom to interview and highlight?
- A: Because there is such diversity in our community, there are limits on who and what we can document within the scope of this project. We will highlight a variety of practical applications in which the method is effectively used, and include well-established Feldenkrais trainers and practitioners who are actively practicing and teaching in trainings. We feel it is especially important to interview those who studied with Moshe Feldenkrais, so as to preserve their stories and knowledge.
- Q: Can I make a suggestion for someone who might be a useful interviewee?
- A: Of course! Please Contact Us with your ideas.
- Q: Where is the money for this project coming from?
- A: This project is being funded through a grassroots fundraising initiative. It is only made possible through
contributions from Feldenkrais practitioners, students, trainees, family members, and other inspired individuals, who think this project is worthwhile and important. Please see the “Get Involved” section of this site.

- Q: What if there is extra money at the end?
- A: After production costs are covered, funds will be used to promote and distribute the project to as wide an audience as possible.
- Q: How can I follow the progress?
