Production Team
Irene Gutteridge
Founder, Producer, Co-Director
Irene Gutteridge graduated from the Victoria Feldenkrais Professional Training Program in 2007 and now actively practices the Feldenkrais Method in British Columbia, Canada.
Her post-secondary education has revolved in and around the exercise and health sciences. She holds an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University, British Columbia, and a Masters degree in health science research from the University of Wollongong, NSW, Australia. Irene's research was the full facilitation of a human intervention trial with healthy older adults assessing the effectiveness of high-intensity resistance training and dietary intervention on skeletal muscle function and performance.
Irene is now actively involved in creating opportunities for herself and others to learn and grow within the profession of the Feldenkrais Method. Currently she devotes her time to the newly formed Continuing Education Committee of the Feldenkrais Guild of North America and to organizing advanced trainings conducted by her mentors.
Irene is relentless in “raising the bar” in as many ways as she can in an effort to bring greater recognition and professionalism to the Feldenkrais Method. She thrives in complex and challenging situations - from organizing multi-dimensional projects that involve numerous faces and places, to extreme mountain sports, to creating and cooking 5-course meals for friends. Irene loves the challenge and learning that such environments and situations can offer. Irene's passion and experience inform her effective and influential Feldenkrais work.

Jenn's 10 years of experience as a director, editor and motion graphics animator include work on projects ranging from a video-based instructional culinary website (Rouxbe.com) and artistic film collaborations with contemporary dancers, to broadcast television (CBC, Fox 4Kids, BravoFact!) and corporate communications.

Her broad experience in the industry has provided connections to a diverse pool of talented film artists, technicians, and supervisors to draw upon for collaborative projects.
I am deeply inspired by the journey this project is on, bringing the inner workings of the Feldenkrais Method to light. I am fascinated to be discovering and capturing the little pieces of wisdom, and figuring out how to weave them into a big picture that captures the science, intelligence and humanitarianism of this work.
